1450nm diode laser.

Over 80% of human skin is made up of water and fat.

1450nm diode laser emits a wavelength of light that is strongly absorbed by water in the skin. As the laser penetrates into the skin, heat is generated in the sebaceous glands. The heating of the sebaceous glands creates a light thermal injury to collagen and it changes the function and structure of the glands.

Cooling ( Cryogen Cooling Device )

CCD is adopted in Afit as a cooling system.

CCD localizies heat in the skin, closer to the surface where the photo damage is most prevalent.

CCD cools and protects the epidermis from the laser.

Bipolar RF

1 MHz bipolar RF electrodes deliver strong heat energy to dermis.
